Flextein® TG5050 is a 5.0 W/m·K high performance thermal grease. This silicone based material is environmental friendly and designed to solve overheating or reliability issues. Its excellent wetting to the interfaces can offer premier low thermal resistance of 0.03 °C·cm²/W (@ 50 psi). This material is suitable for screening or dispensing process.

Sealed and stored in dry place, away from light.
Shelf life is 12 months at recommended storage temperature: 25℃ (±3) and humidity: 50% (±10).
