Product Introduction
Flextein® TG5010 is a thermally conductive silicone grease with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/m·K and excellent thermal performance. It is an environmentally friendly silicone based thermally conductive silicone grease designed to address overheating and reliability issues, thoroughly wets contact surfaces, has a low thermal resistance of 0.04 °C·in²/W (@ 50 psi), and is suitable for processes such as pneumatic dispensing and screen printing.

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.
Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12 months.
