Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein® S80H is a new, ultra-high thermal conductivity, ultra-soft gap filler material. With a thermal conductivity of up to 8.0W/m·k, it is a thermally conductive material specifically designed for high power and high heat performance application scenarios. In addition to the high thermal conductivity of the material itself, it also has good compressibility and fit, making it easier to adhere closely to electronic components, while covering microscopic uneven surfaces so that the mating parts can fully contact and improve the efficiency of heat transfer. Flextein® S80H has natural adhesion on both sides and can be attached to components by simply pressing down firmly during assembly without the need for adhesive backing. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.5-5.0mm, or single-sided adhesion can be selected for ease of use.

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12months.
