Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein® S80F is a gap filler material with ultra-low volatility and ultra-high thermal conductivity. With a thermal conductivity of up to 8.0 W/m·K, it is a thermal conductive material designed for applications with high power consumption and high heat, and high demand for low volatile organic materials. In addition to the high thermal conductivity and low volatility, S80F also has good compression and adhesion, easier to closely adhere to electronic components, while covering the micro-uneven surface to make full contact with the mating parts to improve the efficiency of heat transfer.
