Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein S60T is an ultra-high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance and high insulation thermal pad. Its thermal conductivity is as high as 6.0 W/m·k, thermal resistance is as low as 0.13°C·in²/W at a thickness of 0.15mm with PI substrate, and 0.075°C·in²/W with glass fiber substrate. The insulation strength is >5kV, making it a thermally conductive material specially designed for application scenarios with high power consumption, high heat and high insulation requirements. Flextein S60T has a natural one-sided adhesion which can be gently pressed and tightened during assembly, and can be fixed on components without adhesive backing. The thickness of the product can be customized within the range of 0.15–0.3mm.
