Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein S40F is a non-volatile and ultra-soft gap filler with high thermal conductivity. It is designed without volatile condensation mist under 150℃ for 24 hours, and especially suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on volatiles, such as security, optical modules, UAV and related industries. The ultra-low hardness enables it to maintain good compression performance and surface bonding under low pressure. It is a cost-effective thermal interface material composed of silicone elastomers filled with insulating ceramic powders.

Storage

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12 months.
