Product Introduction

Flextein S30FP is a low-stress, high-compressive, low-volatile silicone thermal pad material. It is suitable for applications request high compression at low stress, like medical industry, automotive electronics, security, drones and related industries. In addition, it also has extreme low content of small molecular siloxane, which is suitable for applications with high requirement for volatile siloxane. It is composed of silicone elastomers with insulating ceramic fillers, and is a cost-efficient thermal interface material.

Standard size230×230 mm, sheet form and die-cut parts could be required.

Standard thickness: 1.0mm (0.04") to 10.0 mm (0.40") in 0.5mm (0.02") increments. Can be customized according to customer needs.

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12months.
