Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein S30F is a non-volatile and ultra-soft pad material with high thermal conductivity. It is designed without volatile condensation mist at 150℃ for 24 hours, and is suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on volatiles like security, optical modules, UAV and related industries. The ultra-low hardness enables it to maintain good compression performance and surface tackiness under low pressure. It is composed of silicone elastomers with insulating ceramic fillers, and is a cost-efficient thermal interface material.

Standard size 230×230 mm, sheet form and die-cut parts could be required.

Standard thickness: 0.3mm (0.012") to 10.0mm (0.40") in 0.5mm increments. Can be customized according to customer needs.

Optional for natural tack on one or both sides

Storage

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12 months.
