Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein S20F is a non-volatile, super soft and highly thermally conductive gap filler. It is produced without volatile condensation mist under 150°C & 24h test conditions, which is especially suitable for application scenarios with high requirements on volatiles, such as security, optical modules, drones and other industries. Its ultra-soft hardness enables it to obtain good compression characteristics and surface lamination effect under low pressure. The main component of the material is insulating ceramic powder filled with silicone rubber, which is a cost-effective thermal conductive interface filler material.

Standard size 470×470 mm, sheet form and die-cut parts could be required.

Standard thickness: 0.3mm (0.012") to 10.0mm (0.40") in 0.5mm increments. Can be customized according to customer needs.

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12 months.
