Overview

Product Introduction

Flextein S20 is a soft and highly thermally conductive pad material. It has good compression and surface tackiness with low pressure and is designed for electronic communication devices, consumer electronics, advanced industrial control and medical electronics, mobile and network devices, high-speed mass storage device and LED lighting markets. It is composed of silicone elastomers with insulating ceramic fillers and is a very cost-efficient thermal interface material. Flextein S20 has tackiness on both sides and can be fasterned to the component by pressing firmly during assembly. Glass fiber reinforced or single-sided tackiness is available for easily die-cutting and assembly, which is also reusable. The thickness of the product can be customized in the range of 0.3-10.0mm per customer's reqeust.

Sealed at room temperature away from light, and stored in a dry place.

Best storage conditions: Temperature: 25℃ (±3), Humidity: 50% (±10), can be stored for 12months.
