Overview

Product Introduction

KB-PCM850 phase change material is used between high power devices and heat sinks to improve device reliability with extremely low thermal resistance. The phase change material can effectively fill the gaps between the interfaces, creating better contact between the two surfaces, thus enhancing overall thermal efficiency. PCM850 is a high-performance thermal conductive phase change material. Its soft characteristics at room temperature and suitable surface tackiness provide the material with better operational performance. PCM850 is specially developed to meet the demanding thermal management requirements of today's high-performance electronic products, exhibiting excellent thermal conductivity and thermal resistance performance. The material can be processed into rolls, sheets, or custom shapes as needed.
